Can you please name them cause last time I heard tons and tons of HOF boxers are lauding Pac fof his achievement in boxing. Those "many boxers" you've mentioned are almost all blacks so there you go ... :hi::hi::hi:
I don't think Floyd and Zab are friends. I believe Floyd is far more skilled than PAC, but the fight should have happened a year or two ago. The only criticism I've heard against Pacquiao is one that I agree with. That is Floyd and PAC have not sought out the most dramatic confrontations, not like Oscar De La Hoya. But I do get the vibe that most boxing experts whether they openly say it or Not have more respect for floyd inside the ring because of his skill and mastery Of his craft.
think you're confusing boxers with dickriders like vec arrow, bald head dick, saul, vlad divac, mr jotap, ****, etc
Score for confirmed cheat lil floyd - 1 (makes it worse, cheated **** drinker on the scales still even though he had no chance of winning) manny - ZERO
haven't heard fighters discredit Pacman but regarding Floyd, all bias aside, he is just a supreme BOXER. He is technically better in boxing...Pacman on the other hand is a better fighter. Those who boxers who aspire to be technically sound look at Floyd as the blueprint. Those who want to put on an asswhipping display look to Manny.
Nah I think more fighters side with Pacs stance on the testing. But I do believe more fighters strive to fight like Floyd. it's a simple case of what you know. Floyds style can be learned in a gym and has been seen before in different shapes and forms but still the same repackaged product. this style can be taught so it's what your average "slick" fighter will look to for excellence. What Pac does is a lot of improvisation that he has used in making himself the most effective fighting machine inside that ring. He has tailor made a unique style that works with his amazing athletic abilities. This can not be taught..
You are taught from day one a certain way to do things, and while floyd is not completely text book, he is the triumph of technical skill. A guy like Maussa and, I hate to say it, Hamed, are unorthodox and unique, but its clear that there is a certain mastery that can completely nullify them. Boxing is all about nullifying what another guy can do to you : when I spar bigger stronger guys, I get out of the way and use my speed and angles and even initiate the clinch so that I am "stronger" when we actually do engage, and Floyd has the skills to nullify anyone ... ... ... ... in theory. He has good instincts and doesn't ever make mistakes, so its very hard for these trainers to say, you know what, what he does doesn't always work. Unfortunately, I think Pac is getting pretty good in his own way, and the physical attributes are pretty sick, too. And Floyd always walks down those left handed guys with the high guard instead of using movement, so I'm convinced its going to be different looking than people think. But purist boxers have to believe in the good technique they see, because otherwise the "rawness" of Maussa would have to be respected at the world class level, and it clearly is not, only a fluke could make a guy like that rise to the top. And some of them see stuff that nobody else but Pac could make work (even though the same could be said of roy jones and ali, too, I guess)
