i think manny could dominate fighters like floyd does if he concentrated his efforts on defence, like floyd does. his footwork would keep him away from anyone and his in and out punching would score enough to pitch shut outs. if floyd had the chin and the heart, he would dominate fighters like pac does, for as long as his hands held up. they both have the best of speed, reflexes and work ethic. they just want to do different things in a fight.
And to a lesser extent Floyd used performance enhancing drugs for use on his hands. Not that I consider that too much of an issue although it does have an impact on the ability to throw harder, longer and strnger.
