Mayweather wants the fight more than Pacquiao does

If Floyd wants the fight and Pacquiao is "ducking" him, all Floyd has to do is come back and fight and beat better opposition that what Pacquiao has been facing. In other words, put the same pressure Pacquiao has been putting on him with his current streak back on Pacquiao. Or he could agree to lesser terms on the contract to help make the fight happen. Anything to show that he wants the fight truly and that Pacquiao does not. But Floyd's not doing that. He is content to yap from the sidelines and get in trouble while Pacquiao makes fights. He doesn't want to fight. He only wants to degrade the status of the fighter that has surpassed him in the public eye without having to take the risk to prove his superiority in the ring.

The fight has not happened/will not happen because of one person Manny Pacquiao.
Maywether "lost the urge" and 'went on vacation" because there are really only two fights for him. The first being Mosley who he beat easaly and Pacquiao. Who has decided to make a big fuss about random testing for both fighters. Not just him. Sure he's been fighting. However outside of Mosley he has been taking easy fights. Yes Cotto, Clottey and Margarito were easy fights for Pacquiao before they got into the ring. I wouldn't have given Mayweather any credit for these fights either.
Is Mayweather jumping through hoops to get the fight made? No, however he's shown more intrest in the fight than Pacquiao has.
