Pacquiao said he was dissapointed because the Pacquiao/Mosley fight turned out to be a let down and is always saying he wants to give the fans what they want. The fans want Pacquiao/Mayweather and all he has to do is take the test. He constantly says to reporters he has agreed to the testing, but never agrees to it on the contract. The blood testing has always been the reason since day 1 that this fight hasn't happened. Roach has recently said they never agreed to the testing. Roach/Koncz just can't keep up with all the lying Pacquiao is doing. Pacquiao himself forgets his own lies about agreeing and instead talks about how he is all natural. *******s just eat it up like they eat up all his stupid endorsements. I don't think he is on PED's, but I do know he doesn't want to fight Mayweather.
i'll stick to the principle that neither seem intrested...but if an actual attemp is made and all things are agreed upon..it will happen. Problem is old man Arum is content with raking in the cash...if its anyone who really doesnt want this fight.....look no further than ARUM!!!
I assume PBF knows Arum's number. Arum is Pac's manager. Whoever puts there on the ring against Pac, he doesn't care. Pac just fights.

I totally agree. Pac does not want any of Floyd. Pac has lost his urge to fight and is taking on vacation.
Here is the thing: I think Pac himself would want the fight (for the money, if nothing else). But Arum, who hates Floyd with a violent passion, would rather **** us over than have Floyd possibly beat his cash cow. It's Arum that really doesn't want this fight to happen.
