Khan V Guerrero - Who Would Win?

    Looking back at the Guerrero-Katsidis fight, I was pretty impressed with Guerrero, but looking back at the fight, I really don't see it as a hard fight for Amir.

    He doesn't have great speed, he has OK pop and I don't see a whole lot of head movement. What do you think?

    He is sharp and accurate though, a better operator at mid-range, and as Khan comes forward Guerreros left cross will be a major weapon IMO.

    Khan needs to be able to come through those shots to impose his will on Guerrero and throw those fast flurries, I don't think he'll be able to hurt Guerrero that much, but pile it on 'The Ghost' and he doesn't like it IMO.

    Yep. I do think he can hurt him, though. Speed skills and I don't think the man has experienced that.

    Hope it happens.

    Only know his main fights (Litzau, Casamayor, Yordan, Salido, Katsidis) and don't use Boxrec to skim, I will imagine though being a former 126lber he will have been up against far more fast-handed operators than Katsidis.

    Sorry... but yeah I think Khan is wrong stylistically for Guerrero. He's a bit too upright and static for Khan. I'd see him doing his usual in and out fast flurries and taking a fairly clear decision, but not in a great spectacle. I haven't seen a great deal of Guerrero though, so I'm not best placed to comment.

    I've seen his fight with Casamayor, Escobedo and Katsidis. He may have.. I don't know, but I still don't see him being very effective.

    That **** wasn't needed :nono

    I see Amir stopping him very late, to be honest.

    Remember, this is before the massive Caba upset. Litzaus chin was very much in question going into this fight, a routine defence. At 126.

    126. Salido won on points, result was changed to an ND due to Salido testing positive for some sort of PED. An opportunity to see Guerrero fighting in-close rather than the patient and sharp work we saw against Katsidis.

    Klassen was not a bad 130lber, but I haven't seen the fight so can't comment.
