Which fighter was closest to being flawless?

    No, I would not call Marciano flawless, outside of that 49-0 record.

    Decent speed, cuts problems, and missing ten punchings to land a few hard ones are some big flaws. I just pointing that out.

    I agree that Marciano gets underrated by many. I've started appreciating him ever more over the years. But he should be kept out of a thread like this.

    As for the thread question, I still can't get past Duran.

    He's actually a better call than both SRR and SRL (and most others who have been mentioned here).

    Was just saying all these "perfect" fighters ended up loseing a fight at some point. lol.

    SRR and SRL both made more tactical errors than Floyd.

    And technical. They were, on the other hand, a damn sight more exciting.

    Barrera was pretty flawless. He was overwhelmed by physicality of course, but i dont think theres much that he did wrong
