Yeah, I would prefer to see the fight at a lower weight as it is too much of an advantage for Pac and unfortunately if Pac KO's Marquez it may overshadow the close decisions they had at the lower weight. I think Pac stops him if he returns to pre Mosley Pac. Marquez has balls fighting all comers and chasing Pac up the weights. I hope he gets a big pay day for the fight.
So 140 would be fine? What if both men come in under the 144 limit? I agree 140 would be great, but 144 is not going to take away too much. If Manny wins impressively, it's already better than Floyds win because the weight is lower. I mean, 'Floyd schooled him' but it can't have been that impressive to you, because of the weight?
Also, any discerning boxing fan would know the difference between their fights at 126, 130 and 144 (?) that have all taken place under different circumstances.
Where does Pac go after this? I'm not ruling out a Marquez win, although I think it's unlikely, what else is there out there for him?
