Proof that Mayweather is on the cointelpro list and proof that Manny Pacquiao talks to the FBI.

Depends on whether or not the source is a skilled hacker paid to do this sorta thing, or an inexperienced idiot.

FBI can't track the skilled professional.

    Bunch of idiots!

What part of "request" did you not understand?

I would like to request all *****s to stop being dumb but would that be granted? That is avaunt their nature.

It is a request but that does not necessarily follow that FBI would oblige.

    Koncz: 7 days

Pac: I'll take the tests. Even in between rounds if he wishes.

*****s: Pac is lying. Koncz said 7 days.

    :nut

    Freddie Roach talking ****

    *****s: "Roach is a piece of ****."

    Floyd Sr. talking ****

    *****s: "It's entertainment."

Pretty sure that's not within the jurisdiction of the FBI (there's no federal crime against libel...) Not saying they have to, but if they want info about the source all they gotta do is start some litigation against the company that posted it and demand the docs and then get a judge to force em to turn the info over

Remains to be seen. FBI also hired skilled hackers to do their side of work.

He didn't request, he ordered them to.

He's not an ordinary person, he's a congressman. He probably has connections that normal Americans don't have.

Not that difficult to find the source, FBI should just access the logs of the host servers. With an official mandate, it's done under 5 mins. American taxpayers can afford this specially when they have spent more than 2,000 billion dollars in the illegal Iraqi war.

I'd do the exact same thing. Hell, I'm poor and would sell myself out and my fans for the money. I wouldn't care if I lost because I'd be rich.

Pac isn't me though. He's worth more than what a Floyd fight could make him and he could easily make that money fighting a few bums with all his popularity. And he has this on his mind as well:

    [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hw9rLmX1ea0[/ame]

Even if Pac had just agreed to all of Floyd's demands, that wouldn't have been a guarantee that Floyd would sign the fight. Where is Floyd now? Why wouldn't he return Arum's phone calls or attempt to negotiate the 2nd time? Why is he demanding $100 million and at the same time staying on vacation looking for his urge while the world wants him to fight Pac?

Yeah, call a fighter who tried to work out a reasonable drug test a PEDs cheat, while look the other way when a 45 year old boxer who is still a contender throws a fit of rage when the same test is requested.

    Go figure.

And if they used a proxy to hide their IP from the server? Or worse what if they live in China?

It's a posted article with a registered user "the shadow" that was hosted in these servers. So relevant informations of the writer are available for the FBI: email address, billing account, I.P. address, ...

Of course an experienced hacker would circumvent all these issues, but this requires intelligence which almost all *****s lack.

You be 100% wrong on that one.

Pacquiao's law suit is filed with the "Federal Court" not State or Local. The law is there for individuals, companies, especially politicians & celebrities and even groups and specific products. His case actually has more mert because he is a politation as well as a celebrity rather than if he was only a boxer.

The Federal agencies for law enforcement are the [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FBI"]FBI[/ame], [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Marshals_Service"]USMS[/ame], ICE, CBP, ATF, [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drug_Enforcement_Administration"]DEA[/ame], [ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Secret_Service"]USSS[/ame] of these agencies, the FBI is the appropriate agency to handle his request and it is relevant to his current case. There are also a plethora of other Federal code enforcement agencies like the FAA, FDA etc. but they are also not appropriate.

whether Pac's "lawsuit" is filed federally or in a state court is not the issue. (has he in fact filed suit??). I know law, but admittedly i'm not an expert on the FBI, but my impression is that they have jurisdiction over federal Crimes (be it federal statutes or crimes that involve multiple state activity). Unless I missed something, Pac's issue is basically that somebody is lying about him (stating and publishing false information). That is not a crime in the US but a wrong punishable civilly (i.e, the tort of defamation). Now, if pac has in fact filed a lawsuit, he can obtain the information through the legal channel of discovery (w/o the FBI)

edit: but i guess the fbi could be asked to do the research of tracing IP addresses etc because they would obviously have that capability and expertise but if so, that'd be surprising that they do this considering again it would be a civil matter
