That is a pretty bold statement. When no one is really sure what a Pac/PBF fight would generate. Assuming they took the fight to the unnamed country and each made $50 Million Guaranteed and a share of the PPV above 2 Million PPV Buys. Lets use the less number of $50 Million. Pacquiao would have to have two $20 Million fights and one $10 Million fight.

I would venture to say there are three bums capable of generating those kinds of PPV numbers even with Pacquiao as the headliner.

Arum has his work cut out for him in equaling the PPV numbers Pac / Mosley fight and it might not even crack the 1 Million PPV mark because Maquez is viewed as too small at 144 by many. So the only other super mega fight out there for Pac is to go big. Meaning Martinez.

The FBI is the officer of the court. The crime would be a cyber crime. And as I stated before Pacquiao has a pending case before the court so the jurisdiction where it is filed has bearing. It is conceivable that the his request could be granted.

If the story is planted and traced back to an associate of floyd and to have him trumpet the story on his Tweeter acct with the lawsuit under Petrocelli et al filed almost a year ago and with ongoing evidentiary discovery and depositions still ongoing, would that not constitute wire fraud and/or obstruction of justice, felonies and jailable offenses...

Did Floyd lawyer berated him and sober him up the next day and ordered him to take down the story from his website? It's an idiot move on his part...especially when Pacman is playing HardBall.

It wouldn't be that hard. Over at the scene one writer said it was posted by a guy with the username mikejohnson313 who advertised for a site called "ValueSportsPicks.com" and had written previous articles on sports betting for NFL and baseball games. Would be funny if they catch him and sue his ass off

I'm surprised he didn't ask the President of the United States to personally oversee it. Manny has so much clout in the USA. FBI! LMFAO.

A simple request to the FBI doesn't takes a lot of trouble specially if you are a congressman.

this is such cry baby bull**** from manny. You're a fighter deal with it in the ring. Take the test clear your name and at the same time you get to prove people wrong, confirm your accomplishments, the chance to beat the **** out of your biggest rival and shut his mouth for good. This lawsuit type approach just makes it seem like a cover up and that he has something to hide

Pacquiao's request seems reasonable enough, of course they can reject the request if they are preoccupied with more pressing matters.

They do have protocols to determine if they should entertain the request or not. And Pacquiao does pay taxes in the US.

There is nothing wrong with request help from those who can when you feel that you have been wronged.

This is not the first time that a person from another country has been wronged by another right?
