since 2006 5 1/2 years almost Manny Pacquiao 13-0 (7 KOs) (fought in 5 weight divisions) Floyd Mayweather 6-0 (1 KO) (fought in 2 weight divisions) its not even close who the best boxer is, who the face of boxing is, who commands the most respect and who looks like they dont want to engage in the biggest fight since the turn of the century. 13 times getting pounded on receive wads of cash and fame 6 times getting barely touched makes loads of money and still receiving fame hmmmmmm...imma take the later of the two....less work more money....who wouldnt want that?
you really summed up whats wrong with boxing in america. when we were producing great after great people were hungry, would do what ever it took to gain respect and be the peoples champ but then things changed. idk why.
im sure as a floyd fan you can set your clock to once a year he will fight...and that one time a year its wasted on someone who no one gives a **** about .... how do you get excited about that?
and there is nothing wrong with that however the man is still regarded as one of the best today...still a pretty good legacy....no?
2010-2011 Pac goes to Congress Floyd goes to court pac fights in the ring floyd fights women, parking lot guys and doormen pac says he will take any test floyd says " take the test for the 100th time" YAWN floyd im sure all your homies still tell you how great you are
hard to say...in the last 2 years he fought a 38 year old shane mosley and a guy that had never fought at 140 or 147 in his life in JMM (36 years old)....but did fight 13 years at featheweight hard to tell how good he is these days.....when thats the recent resume
will give pac a somewhat pass he is a former 112 wbc flyweight champion fighting an old ass shot mosley which i didnt see as anything but a step back, is still a record 10th weight division...and mosleys 3rd weight division you guys still forget that just a few years ago he was a super feather weight :huh
