    i got ya

well, thats why i am hard on floyd...he was the best for a long long time, and simply wouldnt fight the guys closest to him in terms of talent or the guys that were considered dangerous and were being thrown around in conversation ALOT.. margarito, cotto, and now pac, mot guys that were a fight away from saying goodbye after 17 years of a career and ringworn...
as good as pac has become..the shane fight was just pathetic the and a scam the day it was announced

hey....Pac scraped and clawed to these pay days...was the Mosley fight and a couple others if you ask me hogwash...of course....but...come one here...he's paid his dues.....we as fans can gripe and want better fights...but he has paid his dues and who wouldnt want to collect easy money every now and then.

And before some start saying this or that fighter has been doing it since some time.....they both put in massive amounts of hard work and time compared to their years of being cash cows....they paid they're dues...we dont like it but they deserve some easy money for a chance.....plus i still feel not all either of their fights have been cupcakes....most of it is hindsight knowledge.

well...thats somewhat true...but dont build pac-mosley up as some superfight as they did, when mosley hadnt won a fight in 2 years, and charge 60 bucks for a ppv and they stink up the joint, especially mosley ...they fooled the general public with this crap....like atlas said, they should feel like **** with the 1.3 million buys that got for that ppv.....pac getting 20 mill and shane getting 5 mill...phooey :tong

    Floyd Mayweather Jr
"I never ducked or dodged anybody. I’m in the sport for legacy.”

Brian Kenny " Floyd , youre fighting Zab Judah, who just lost to a guy with 9 losses, what about Margarito, he is the #1 guy at 147 and the fight everyone wants to see, why not fight him?"

Floyd Mayweather " Zab judah is the IBF 147 champ. and im a belt collector"

    :rofl

Also harder to make a more solid claim as fighter of the decade when someone is being more active.

If it was "most skilled fighter of the decade" or "most efficient and effective style" then May would have no problems.

but "most skilled" and "most efficient" isn't what fighter of the decade is

    key word is decade

barry bonds played great from 2000-2004, that won't make him player of the decade cuz what bout 06-10
