    Yes, I would.

Although, I would give Lewis a better chance, because his stamina has proven less suspect than Wlad's, giving him a greater chance at victory.

To be fair to Gabby Wlad is a better fighter than when he lost to Sanders, Brewster and Purrity. I don't think Wlad would be an easy fight for Ali.

 You mean the same ALi who was almost Koed by 180 pound COOPER and boxed to a close desision to lightheavyweight DOUG JONES ! SANDERS was a terrific early round fighter and he was ubber prepared for an underprepared VLAD ! the BREW fight stank and the fight against PURRITY has been expalined away ! That said when both are at their best I give ALI the slight advanateg but it wouldnt be a given ! The critisism can go both ways my friend ! My bet is VLAD will never have a tough fight against any 180 pounder just like ALI never gassed after 10 rounds ! :deal

When are people going to smarten the **** up about Wladimir Klitschko.
He looks great beating bums, but is waaayyyyy short of anything close to ATG status, and the greatest would painfully whoop him in demostrating this.

All Klitschko did to Brock was paw the jab at him for the first 4 rounds. Against Byrd he threw the ocassional jab then played huggy bear. This sort of nonsense might work very well against these laughable losers, but prime Ali would punish him severely. Klitschko would be lucky to make it out of the first round against Ali.

this is a head-to-head match-up and has nothing to do with either fighter's 'atg status' :patsch

this fight has got ali tko all over it, too many punches landing on the glass jaw of wlad, he would end up broken in pieces on the floor in the late rounds. ali had better endurance, movement hand speed and had one of the best chins of all time especially for a heavyweight. would wlad have ever been able to go 15 rounds with a prime frazier without gassing. ali took punches of some of the hardest hitters ever and still kept coming. i think wlad would be out of his depth here complete mismatch of styles, vitali i would give a much better chance bigger hitter and better chin and not the endurance issues of his younger brother.

ali would pick him apart all night and would have too much movement to allow himself to get in and out of range.

:patsch Thats funny because ALI never looked like this kind of killer even against much smaller and less skilled fighters then VLAD ! And for the record FRAZIER doesnt go more then a couple of rounds with VLAD before he gets starched !:deal

Ali would be landing these often. In a 15 rd fight, Ali KO's Klit in 8 or 9th rd :yep

 So when did ALi become a 64 power punching south paw ! Ill tell you this tho ALI had a habit of getting hit with LEFT HOOKs and that doesnt sit well in a fight with VLAD !:hey

    Klitchko KO Ali.
How it can be any other way around?
Ali was a big guy for his time( this fact greatly ignored by Ali fans ), but Klitchko significantly bigger, and UNLIKE BIG GUYS IN ALI TIME, KLITCHKO HAS GREAT BALLENCE, SPEED AND HUGE PUNCHING POWER. Ali just will be beat by bigger guy and get KO'd.
Ali just has no power to keep Wlad off him.
There were no guys like Klitchko in Ali time.

henry cooper caught him at the right time and ali was straight back up on his feet, i dont think ali would have been KTFO by a man who swings a golf club faster than he throws a punch and thats for damn certain

Ali wasn't a southpaw so of course he wouldn't be throwing the left straight up the middle. Whenever Klitschko threw the lazy jab Ali would come over the top with the overhand right. Different punch from a different stance, but the same end result, Klitschko is on his ass.

 And when VLAD lost he was caught at the right time ! And for the record SANDERS was a fighter who happened to have great hand EYE coordination which translted into also being a great GOLFER ! Its funny that whenever an athlete excells at more then one sport he gets applauded everwhere except on here and he happed to beat VLAD ! you guys are pathetic and spout the status quo way to much !:deal VLAD wont have a competitive fight against any lightheavy and thats for DAM CERTAIN !:yep

:patsch straight back at you for your frazier doesnt go more than a couple of rounds, if this is you being serious then you are quite laughable, an all time great heavyweight would not go 2 rounds against a man whos chin would smash quicker than my great grandmothers china vase.

lets face the facts wlad is a good fighter thats it, ali beat over 10 fighters that would beat wlad.

vitali has a better shot at ali but he still doesnt have the tools.
