Correct. Both teams are to blame and I also blame Arum for deciding Pacquiao's fights so damn fast before trying harder to get a fight done with Floyd. Pacquiao is a grown ass man acting like a child on a curfew. With Floyd, he never asked of OSDT blood tests until Pacquiao came along, I wonder why? Is it because he's the biggest threat in his division to take his "0"? I think so.

I like Floyd but there's no real proof that the outfit he showed is actually the one he meant to wear for the Pacquiao fight. Too much bitching/primaddona **** from both teams. "I want to fight a clean athlete!"(yet Floyd doesn't confront the commission and wish for this to be applied in more fights) "I want to fight Mayweather!" (yet his team keep picking opponents for him in a fast manner instead of trying harder to get a deal done with Floyd. Floyd should be the top priority)
