Bellew gets the fight providing he makes weight, if not Anderson(what a ***** he is) steps in. Are you really all that naive, to think Warren would pit two of his own unbeaten fighters against each other with 2 days notice.

    Just so no aftertiming.........

Wednesday 10.00pm: Bellew vs Cleverley(Anderson on stand by) announced
Thursday: 1.00pm: Eastside Boxing goes into meltdown what a wonderful late replacement this is
Thursday: 6.00pm: Sky announce the new card and start the Bellew vs Cleverley hatred campaign
Friday 5.00pm: Everyone can't wait, last few tickets sell out, we all order the PPV in advance
Friday 10.00pm: Rumours spread Bellew not made weight
Friday 11.00pm: Bellew announces hes gutted he can't make wait, but Frank promises him a shot at Cleverley further down the line
Saturday 6.00am: Eastside boxing goes into meltdown

Result: Fwank Warren 1 - 0 Boxing fans

We can bump this in 2 days time:deal:deal

oh nutjob i wish i could disagree with what youve said but its all too plausible what a shameful state of affairs boxing is in. I really hope Bellew doesnt fight i want this fight down the line on a more even playing field i think tonys got potential but needs to sort some of the holes in his game out. Same thing for Clev hes just further along the line

it be great if bellew won
just for the underdog/hasnt got much chance with the 3 day notice etc etc
why wouldnt warren pit two of his fighters together for the title nutjob
at the end of the day hell still have a light heavy wbo champ

Bellew should come on here and let us know of intentions, i will deffo wont pay £15 to watch degale v groves on its own. No ****ing chance!!! Bellew or bust imo, sky should show it on regular otherwise, we pay £22 p/m just for that ffs let alone ppv...

Unless Warren can pull some strings (and risks being held responsible if anything happens to Bellew)the timeline for the weigh-in is wrong.

:good spot on fella, all im gonna say is this tho. Bellew has ranted about this fight for ages as we all know, whilst the hype wont be as strong the fight is the same. Bellew was trianing for McKenzie and Clev for Brahmer so both are in condition. Bellew would normally have to get a european belt to qualify a shot as standard but this WBO belt will allow it as is, so all this makes sense.

Warren gets his ppv, Bellew gets his shot and Clev gets his 'belt' (keeping it is another thing but i fancy clev by wide ud), and most importantly the fans have been given a fight they desire just as much as the co-feature Groves v DeGale 'Bad Blood' could be the title even...

I think warren has realised bellew isn't going to be world class...so his way of thinking of it is this fight saves the ppv and gets him alot of money.

Bellew is the ****ing man if he takes this. Real warrior to the core. I hope he sparks Clev.

:deal I think that's deffo what he thinks. Tony has had 2 stinkers in his last fight and he's 27-28 now where as Clev is 24 (i think) and a 'interim champ' with the ability to win those tough fights and use abit of a brain instead of looking for a 1-punch-ko which Tony does.
