all those were tune-up wins against B/C level no-goods.

right before those simple easy tune-ups, they were in big wars and were softened-up by the time Pac faced them.

Pac basically fought someone else's "leftovers", because Pac NEVER fights prime good fighters.

Margarito would smash Shane "EPO-Man" Mosley 10 out of 10 times, as long as Mosley is NOT on Steroids.

Rios is not the mandatory contender to Soto's WBC title.

Rios needs to earn the right to fight for Soto's WBC belt, which is why Rios is fighting #2 or #3 WBC-ranked Urbano ANtillon, so that Rios can become the mandatory challenger.

Rios needs to earn his "stripes" and ranking, before he has the privelge to fight the Most Avoided Fighter in Boxing, and 3 Divisional World Champion-Soto.:thumbsup
