David Haye - (post KO loss)

"I injured myself in training but didn't want to pull out of the fight
because Waldo would've said I was faking it"

David Haye - "I was going to try to KO him, but he went down without even getting hit like he did vs Sanders"

I really hope there is no post-fight excuses. I really hope Haye gets stretched, why?
Cause I want to see that ****.

    Post of the ****ing year.

For the record, I believe WALD wins by KO. He has every advantage in every department.

After pulling out of Vitali negotiations and fighting Valuev: "I didn't want to sign options with the Klitschkos that's why I signed the Sauerland contract" (without mentioning he signed 3 options to Sauerland!)

After Valuev fight, when he threw like 7 punches per round: "I broke my hand in round 2, that's why I couldn't go in an all out war with Valuev."

After Ruiz fight, when his timing looked horrible: "I couldn't spar during preparation, that's why I looked a bit sloppy."

After Harrison fight, when he didn't throw a single punch for the first 7 minutes of the fight: "I didn't want to knock him out too early, I bet on myself for a win in round 3."

Haye has a history of making big promises and then quickly finding BS excuses. :deal

    "I was poisoned"

"I'm young and naive, despite being a world champion with numerous defence under my belt"

"That wasn't a punch that landed, if you slow it down you'll clearly see it was a thumb"

"Wlad's dread locks kept rubbing in the cut"

Seriously though, I imagine he'll give Wlad his props, say he's a nice guy and that'll be the end of it. I know what you're saying madballster, and I agree - but I think in the event of being KOd right in the middle of the ring he'll just give Wlad his props and go home with jis tail between his legs.

The sad reality is that boxing is also a sport of chance and probability. People often dismiss boxers who simply say "It wasn't my night". But IMO there's always some truth in it.

Whoever loses would just as well win in another encounter; just a matter of probability.
