Why would they? The point of the thread is that the other one if unfauly bias towards Bellew.

Nutjob and a few others are just trying to be sensible, talk about the fight without letting our personal feelings for tony get in the way. not saying stupid **** like "he has good footwork and shoulder roll. Bellew is a great guy, a warrior but lets be real he is not every good and he is weight drained to ****. He is gonna get smashed.

 

I do not understand the dislike for Clev.

I appreciate what Bellew's doing here just as much as everyone else, the man has cojones!

But let's not forget Cleverly is still young and inexperienced at the highest level, he was willing to fight a very dangerous southpaw puncher, and he hasn't avoided the best domestically on his way up like other prospects may have done.

Good luck and credit to both of them in my opinion.

 

Fair enough but it's hardly unbiased to just go the other way and slag off the person cause others suck up to Bellew. As I said I agreed with a few of the OPs comments but I didn't think either came off as gentlemen, both are a bit of a **** which makes this so interesting.

I actually thought the brief exchange was funnier than all the DeGale and Grooves pre-rehearsed trash talk.

 

there both trash talkers and i like it. you can't call Cleverly a twat for the things he says and not think Bellew is the biggest ***** in the world because he is 10x worse.

You are just going out of your way to disagree with people to provoke debate instead of actually offering a valid analysis on the fight.

Probably because you know absolutely **** all like Flea said - and attempt to cover your lack of knowledge by talking like a TV executive who's got first hand info on all things related.

Most people on here expect Cleverly to win, but from where I'm sat you are just rubbishing Bellew as some kind of pudding saying he'll get smashed.... then also saying ''this one should be saved for later because of the build up....''.

If Bellew is as bad as you are saying surely he'd get chinned sooner or later if they left this one to stew, no?

Have never changed my mind. I am not downplaying Bellews abilitys just being realistic in my opinion.

Also have not been slagging Bellew off. Saying he is getting smashed is not disrespectful this is a boxing forum ffs.
