T5's are aspirin, caffeine and ephedrine combined.

A meal won't have the same effect no but I don't take any of this stuff and I train just fine.

It gives your metabolism a little kick but honestly unless you have a serious energy or fat problem you want to sort out don't bother.
If you have a steady diet, don't have massive sugar spikes in the day then crash before your training, don't worry.

That makes it any less dumb? :huh

Somebody gave you a pill and you just took it. That pill could have been anything is what I'm saying. You took it just because some guy gave it to you and said "it works for us!!". You got to think before doing something stupid like that :patsch

No goals really, I compete and fight at 123 so would like less weight to lose as possible. I used to walk around at 125 but somehow blew up

If its just your diet thats the problem and you train regularly id recommend looking into appetite surppresents like hoodia.

if you go with hoodia id recommend sticking with the all natural hoodia and staying away from the synthetic hoodia. usually it says on the bottle that its all natural and from south africa.

it dosnt really remove all your hunger cravings but it lessens them to the point where when your about to microwave a huge bowl of leftovers you think to your self really i only want a little of this so you microwave up a small bowls worth and have a glass of water.

personally ive used hydroxcut hoodia and had good results.

plus hoodia pills dont tend to give you the jitters that most caffine/eferdrine/fat burning pills give you.

    Hey pichuchu,
    Hope you are doing good.
I would like to share my experience with weight loss pills.I must say that the working of weight loss pills depends totally on the kind of ingredients it is made up of.Some are made up of harmful drugs and chemicals that make people think that weight loss pills are not good for our health.

But if your supplements are made up of natural products it is safe to use them. I was also an over weighted person about four months ago.I tried out various methods to loose my extra weight but nothing really worked out. Then one of my friends told me about skinny fiber dietary supplements for women.

The manufacturer's offered a 90 days challenge with the money back guarantee.I took skinny fiber 90 days challenge. And i was amazed the results. Within few weeks of its use i started feeling more active and energetic.Though these supplements are fat burner and appetite suppresser i don't suffered any kind of weakness.

I lost 25 pounds within the first three months of its use.My diabetes was gone and my blood pressure also became normal.I must say skinny fiber has done wonders for me.
    Regards zana.
