Floyd did not say anywhere that people hated him because he's racist.
And he's right about what he did say
A young, ARROGANT, African American. Isn't he right about that/

I hate ***** but he's right. I used to get beat up by the black kids all the time just like 98 percent of all the other Pac fans. I want Pacquiao to ko ***** to prove we can actually fight back. I wish Pacquiao was around when I was a kid to give me the courage to fight back.

I am a huge PBF fan but this is one of the most ridiculous things I have heard him say.

Because he's a racist himself and a wanna be thug. If he would behave himself it would be a different story.

So Floyd plays the villain role to sell fights (as he's said)...but then cries about people wanting to see him get beat?

And then you have the usual Floyd fans coming to agree with him. WTF...

The fact of the matter is, being Black makes it easier for people to dislike Mayweather. Don't get me wrong, it's not like he doesn't bring any of it on himself. However, if he were white, the perception of him would probably be different.

    Here's a list of the 6 most hated athletes in America;

    Tiger Woods
    LeBron James
    Chad Ochocinco
    Terrell Owens
    Michael Vick
    Kobe Bryant

I think we can all see a trend here. The fact of the matter is, it's a lot harder to empathize with people of a different race than it is your own race. Not only that, but the overall perception of Blacks in America(especially Black Males) is negative. Mayweather has a point, although he would come off sounding better had he admitted to his own faults as well.

    Big Red, you're precious.
You come up with your list and project it onto others.
    You're too cute.

Young, arrogant, spoiled, rich, HUGE sense of entitlement....those turn off a lot of people. Even when whitey does it.

You seem intelligent Ripper. But your defense of this is mind boggling.:huh

    Tell that to Mel Gibson.

Compare the treatment of Mike Tyson to Mel Gibson.
    You're a clown.

Lance, there are a lot of athletes that act like arrogant and classless prickes. Why is it the none of the White athletes who display this behavior on this list?
