Chauncy calls him out around 47 minutes into the program, and I for one would be very interested in seeing this fight.

Chris took offence to Chauncy telling him that he was higher ranked in the WBO by 2 spots

If Arreola's camp sees the Solis fight, they will certainly take the match.....but the thing Chauncy has going for him is that he is 50 lbs lighters and a improved fighter since then.

    I disagree.

Chauncy has the style to give Arreola all kinds of problems.

I would probably favor Arreola because he has more big fight experience, but Chauncy would be a live underdog in this one.

He has good skills, a nice jab, and he can take a punch.

I can totally see a scenario where Arreola is outboxed by Chauncy.

I, for one, would be extremely interested in seeing this fight.

I think it would be a real crowd pleaser and I see a competitive 12 round fight unfolding.

Welliver has already beaten Arreola is the weight loss contest, so beating him in a boxing match won't be to much more difficult then that.

I don't think that's the direction Arreola has in mind at all. After his next fight in a week, he needs to step up, not down again. If he wants to get in the mix he needs to challenge a top 20 HW at least. I don't want to see this fight at all.

Chauncy is ranked AHEAD of Arreola in the WBO and Welliver is a huge step up from the likes of Aguilera and Releford. I mean this isn't even debatable.

Chauncy is ranked top 10 by two of the ranking organizations.

Arreola versus Welliver would be a great fight.

Dare I say, it would be one of the better heavyweight fights (and potentially the best) we've seen since Brewster-Lyakhovich.

Hmm, interesting matchup. Power vs. Boxer - could be a potential problem for Arreola unless he keeps the weight off and comes in focused like he did against Nagy.

Chris arreola has 2 losses... both of those defeats came by the hands of world class champions! Chauncy welliver would be outclassed and in the end Knocked out.. I know The TS and boxing girl Know chauncy personally so sometimes Emotional ties get in the way of reality... But by all means carry on.

Guys like Arreola are hypocrites. They say some very disrespectfull things when it suits their potential career advancement but when they inturn get "called out" suddenly they become indignant!

Frankly I am suprised Arreola did not break into an invective laced tirade, replete with the ineviable fellatio reference.

This would be a nice fight for Arreola to take & it would provide him with good experience. I think he should fight Welliver soon, in a couple of months. Releford should be an early KO victim, so that won't get in the way at all.
