I think prime Norton was a cagey and athletic opponent, springy and very busy. Holyfield was often troubled by odd stances, awkward styles, such as Quawi, Moorer, Toney, and I think Norton would've outjabbed him, perhaps outmuscled him too, and would've won by decision. There...I said it.

    Disagree.

Holyfield of the #2 Moorer fight looked worse. The thing he didn't have to face though was an in shape Moorer weighing 212 that used his footwork. Until Evander clipped him, the early rounds illustrated a southpaw boxer was a tough style for Holyfield since he ate too many jabs.

Norton brought more to the table than that version of Moorer, unless you are going to use the Ledoux version of Kenny. The Ali versions would always be tough fights for Evander. Or using the version of Holyfield that lost to Byrd and Donald against a prime Norton==that version is stopped by Norton.

Ken Norton would have an excellent shot of beating Evander Holyfield. Evander was not the caliber of puncher that froze Ken up ... Norton would be hell for him .

The left hook the started Dokes on the fall or the right hand that KO'd Buster Douglas would be too much for Norton....with this knowledge Evander puts the pressure on. Evander was not a devastating puncher but had much more tipping power than Ali or Holmes and IMO enough to topple Ken Norton,.,,,

Well phrased with the tipping power point ... it is a very interesting, competitive fight .. this is one that could go either way ...
