most of the time ian john lewis is a good ref, but last night was a bit of a stinker for him. didn't give the KD ( could of been two ) and was getting on hopkins case a bit too much. the right man won in the end, so it ended well.

 

It's not just the knockdowns but also with warnings. I don't remember the ref ever warning Pascal of excessive holding or rabbit punching though both guys were fighting dirty to be fair. The ref was pretty leniant but not the worse, look at Hearns-Andries for a much worse ref.
