    its a shame.

    when khan lost he made zero excuses at all. realised his flaws, stopped hid cocky **** and came back a world champion.

    degale needs to do the same

    Do you think Jim McDonnell would stand in front of Joe G and say ure not capable of being a top trainer cos uve never been 12rounds in a professional fight?. I doubt it.

    My only thing with that is Khan got sparked. DeGale can hide behind a close points loss which some say felt he won and some felt was a draw.

    But your right and rest of lads are right he needs to accept defeat..

    Well JDG certainly own the picking the nose contest, he's also delusional won the fight clearly by 1 a round or 2, the fight was close and could have gone either way.

    Also, why did all of the post fight press hug their balls so much?

    ****ing hell, all I was thinking is someone going to have the balls to actually say

    "Er no, you were getting booed, badly! "
    Er, so just because he said he's going to fight (engage) you means you should actually believe it?"

    Geez, what a lame post fight conference. Loads of excuses.

    This is my favourite thing about it all. They definitely won't go anywhere if they carry on deluding themselves like this.

    Not only did DeGale lose the fight (and yeah it was close) but he actually got outboxed. Groves didn't 'nick' the fight. He was ahead all the way through.

    Man De Gale is full of it, you could see in his face before that verdict was announced he was on tenterhooks about whether he's won. De Gale's releif when he thought he'd won the decision said it all.

    true. but i have a feeling whatever the outcome, degale would have bitched. his excuse would just have been different.

    Degale is a total idiot. Before the fight i really wanted him to win. i felt hes an immense prospect. but after around 6 rounds i thought **** this. degale is fighting like a dick and id much rather see groves win just to see the look on chunky's face :lol:

    i still feel degale has the brighter future, PROVIDED he can start being honest with himself and work on his flaws! hes surrounded by YES men.
    He needs to get real

    Wow, I didn't think it would be possible for Degale & co to stoop any lower but listening to that post-fight presser..... F*ck any immediate rematch, Groves & Booth should leave them to stew for a couple of years, they could do this again at world championship level that's if Degale doesn't self-implode in the interim through bitterness....the **** :lolt:
