PAC when he was young in his 8th fight I think he throws 54 punches at one stretch til his opponent was KO'D...

Wow. Jones's punching technique is ****ing ****. How many wide windmilling telegraphed hooks can one guy miss in sequence?!

This thread so far is throwing up extended yet terrible combinations.

This one and ones like Calzaghe-Manfredo are ****ing dire. I don't think it should count as a combo if most of the punches hit fresh air or elbows.

Pernell Whitaker threw a 10-12 punch combo in the blink of an eye against an excellent stylist in Buddy McGirt, and all but one punch landed. Now that's a combo.

And as someone said earlier on this thread, I think JMM landed some extended combos on Katsidis before it was waved off.

Tito landed an ungodly amount of clean punches in sequence on Mayorga I'm sure.

I know that we were all joking around when we said that Mike Jones threw an 80-punch combo, but then for curiosity's sake, I actually went and counted the number of punches thrown in that "combo" and I actually lost count at a legitimate 103. :admin

I actually wasn't joking. I knew it was at least 80 punches.

I was thinking that also. Or maybe SRL when he does those flurries, but Mike is topping that for sure
