    Not the best but clever technician, shrewd and calm trainer ,knows how to get the best from what he works with.....

    Did anyone notice that Dark Lord spelt backwards and viewed in a mirror spells Adam Booth

    what about the improved defense? the shorter and straighter punches? hands not not so low and even when they are groves learnt to shoulder roll better.

    I'm not sure how the term 'P4P' can be applied to trainers. Do trainers have different weight classes?

    I Used the term P4P as I discussed Booth's reccord in fights which isn't commparable to say somebody like Gallagher who has a large stable of fighters where as Booth has just 2!

    However... I think people got the general idea of what I was on about pal.
