Yeah dude, you can sue anybody for anything these days.

If he said it in an interview or in front of a camera, then yeah, I believe that is good enough for a "suing".

It's ok. The word from the Pascal camp is that he will be counter-suing for Hopkin's insinuating that he is a "4 round fighter". Pascal's defense is he went 12 both times with Hops, so where is the 4 from? Where is the proof, where's the proof Bernard?

Hopkins beat Pascal, convincingly ! Although i don`t blame Hopkins for thinking of making Pascal pay for his baseless accusations. He should just raise his head up and look down his nose at a guy he beat TWICE ! Leave the whining to the younger supposed champ who was backpedaling form a 46 yr old fighter all night ! Why should Hopkins take the test ? Because Pascal said so ???

About time a fighter stood up against the steroid-accusation insanity that has gripped fighters and fans alike.

 Oh yeah, as if no one in the history of boxing has never made false accustations of another opponent. Pleeeaase, if people got sued every time they talked **** in boxing Hopkins would be in debt more than any other fighter in this sport.

This is some straight BS! Let that crap go. He said what he said then you kicked his can. It is over. Boxing is about the last place where you can "settle it like men". Why in the hell are you going to bring that court BS here?

What is next? Boxers getting restraining orders against and getting other Boxers arrested for press conference shoving, disparaging remarks on "skill levels", and death threats? I guess we should all be waiting from the class action suit from "White Boys" too? Complete crap.

If you didn't like it you should have taken the test AND beat his ass. You opted not to. the man has a right to have his own opinion.

Accusations like that are serious .... it creates a wave of ignorant believers (like yourself) , and destroys reputations that take careers to build.

Imagine you worked your whole life to accomplish something, just to have a small group of people claim that you cheated to accomplish it... and even with no evidence, many begin to question your accomplishments...

You wouldn't be bothered by this in the least if it happened to you? No , of course you would, anyone would. But you're too dumb to realize that .

Agreed. Hopefully this will end this "PED" accusation INSANITY that has gripped fighters and boxing fans alike. It is so counter-productive and much ado about NOTHING.

yea but I already have seen some posts about Hopkins and the possibility that he is on PEDs...

This is how it starts ... one little comment. And although I do agree with you that Hopkins has no case, all what was said was "take the test" ..

Where as the Mayweather's went on a propoganda crusade against Manny
