    Selling T-Shirts with "Take the test" written on it doesn't qualify? He's also making money off of his "insults" which is probably the main reason Hopkins actually has a case and will probably win it.

    While we're at it I guess McNabb should sue Hopkins. Hopkins has been defaming him for years. I guess Obama should file lawsuits against all the birthers that publically stated Obama wasn't born in the U.S. I'm not familiar with Canadian laws, but in America, Hopkins would almost assuredly lose this lawsuit. He's being petty. He has not been damaged. I hope he isn't really suing Pascal.
