I only have 4, maybe 5 names. That are certain. It's tough.

Therefore according to the rules I'm enforcing against myself I won't be able to write them yet.

Sorry but this goes down as an indirect honorary mention. Honorary mentions are punishable by...banishment from the Internet.

Are you using this thread to see if you can lock down the next five or so spots? :think

Possibly. I'm seeing what might be most solid for all the names whirling around (that I shall not mention). For instance, I once did something ridiculous like having Liston as my #3 all-time heavyweight until I noted this was ludicrous.

Thats a far harder way to do it than doing in your head. Too much cross-checking and research to just be able to "Boxrec" the records side and the rankings side doesn't really hold up well.

Don't worry, I've done far worse than that ;-)

With like, the core 20 odd fighters, you're taking the **** really trying to claim one is greater than the next anyway IMO. A lot of fighters out there with dense records I found, that wouldn't make my top 50. The greats armed with resumes with a lot of depth are a joy to find out about, but a killer to rank IMO. WHen you're up this high it's like 'has anyone else done something more astounding than that?!? Oh, my number five guy did. Oh, and **** no.3 has that win against....but my old no.1 had that undefeated run with one arm....'

    Know what I mean?

You've bamboozled me as I have no idea which context you've taken my jokey comment into

I had mythical brackets, that if you shout out a fighter I could tell you whereabouts he belonged.

But the top 60-odd are all I have.

Or in this thread 'the ten' (oh, which will invariably change in a few days, but as I cannot stress enough, no hon...blah blah blah)

Yeah, but I literally had no single idea why I had Liston as my #3 heavyweight. I think I had a raging hard on for his jab, and in my head, this meant he was like...the p4p best heavyweight in the universe ever. It was strange. I've demoted him to a more realistic position.

Just pointing out that "Boxrecing" a decent answer isn't really an option unless you have a few weeks on your hands.

10 is pushing it for Liston for me, 11-13 on any given day in my HW rankings is fair IMO.

This is of course, a tangent I'm ending now.

Agreed, IMO if you know their best wins/achievements, you know 'em :good
