Nope ive been very transparent with that thread and even posted a pic of the lawyers letter i recieved, i would be the last person who wanted it deleted, thought it was pretty clear i was standing my ground on that one.

Some Lawyers dont know internet laws very well if at all, internet lawyers are best in dealing with legal issues involved with the internet, not criminal lawyers for example..

You cant be held for defamation if the forum your posting on is moderated because leagally your not the publisher, i dont think a criminal lawyer would know this, the site thats moderating the posts is legally the publisher. Someone just wasted money sending me a letter hahahaha

Interesting point Ty made. Do you think if Mundine's mate registered the World Boxing Allahsociation as a global incorporated association, which sanctioned 'world title' fights. And Mundine was then suddenly prompted to a vacant 'world title' fight, which was promoted as a 'world title' fight, with the Daily Terror crying foul as usual, the public not really knowing as they already know there are many 'world titles' and Boxa promoting it as a 'world title' fight.

Now would this be fraud? probably not legally, but certainly morally.

As Ty pointed out, there is probably not a whole bunch of difference to that as to what Green is doing now. Smart business I guess if it works....
