    Is Popkins on PEDS though?

How could he improve so dramatically since the Calzaghe fight 3 years ago? He seems to have discovered another gear or two between the ages of 43 and 46...........

Would pick The Mongoose over him.

Moore only fought once after he turned 46, his final bout win over Dibiase. He was still travelling pretty well as a 45 year old the year before though.

Moore was 45 when he last defended his title. So, he was not better than Hopkins at 46 because. The only fight Moore had at age 46 also happened to be his final bout and it was against some wrestler. So, Hopkins is the best at this age by far.

Yes. Moore rivals him for 40+, but not 46.

Well, George Foreman was still lineal heavyweight champ at 47 and he looked pretty good beating Lou Saverese. He lost to Shannon Briggs at 48, but no one except the 3 judges believed George lost that fight. Still, if comparing fighters past 45 Hopkins is better.

There's seems to be some inconsistencies with Moore's date of birth depending on the source.
