Because of their history, Marquez-Pacquiao should exceed Marquez-Mayweather....

Its a pity Pacquiao had to go and cherrypick a well past it Mosley.
....I had predicted that if Pacquiao had chosen Marquez instead of Mosley, it could have sold as much as 1.5 million.
I dont think it will reach those numbers now. Pacquiao-Mosley is sure to turn off alot of casual fans who paid to watch the Pacquiao-Mosley stinker.

The Latino fanbase should take Marquez-Pacquiao 3 over the million mark however.

Yup. Getting lower PPV for that fight might be a blessing in disguise. It will mean less pissed off fans feeling ripped off.

No way this would do better than Mosley-Mayweather.
That was a legit fight at the time.

I think the only reason why the numbers are important is it will show how many people will be turned off from watching Mosley and/or Pac on PPV.

    They will come out eventually.

My prediction was 1.1 but I think it has been slightly surpassed.

under a million meaning just below a million PPV buys? i don't understand a PPV event that just barely made a million PPV and still considered a flop?

Most any PPV Event that sells more than 300K is considered a success, but when you put up a $22 Million dollar guarantee 300k is sales will only get you to break and you even have to dip into the gate sales. With a mega event will need to double those numbers to be considered a success in terms of earnings.

A mega event that sells over 700K PPV's in sales is a huge success in any terms. People that put it down have some sort of misconception or another agenda.

Those were counting trends, (between 1.2-1.3) not the actual tally.
