After every victory there is a "don't overrate [so and so]'s victory" thread. Haven't you noticed? It's like a robot creates it. They do it for Manny's wins as well. Hopkins is an ATG. He is one of the best mid sized fighters ever. But it seems that ATG doesn't mean the same thing to all people. If it means "he's the best middleweight of all time" then I don' t agree. But he's one of the best. At middleweight I would guess that Hagler, Monzon, Robinson and Ketchall could beat him. But he would give each a good fight. Maybe the middleweight version of Ezzard Charles too. But that still makes him one of the best. And when you factor in all the good performances after looking pretty worn out against Calzaghe, that factors in as well.
If you look at most his punches, they're illegal. Thus his wins are tainted. And he has to be the most boring middleweight ever. atsch
