A MERRY-go-round is currently circling the light-welterweight division. On board are Amir Khan, Zab Judah, Marcos Maidana with Erik Morales, Robert Guerrero and Victor Ortiz looking on from afar.
Ironically, the number one star at 140lbs, Timothy Bradley 27-0 is at present nowhere near the main attraction and finds himself shut out because of contractual problems and inactivity.
“I’m no-one’s puppet,” declared Bradley when the 27-year old Californian exclusively spoke to Undisputed. A man filled with frustration and annoyance, Bradley is growing tired of having to be a yes man to those that promote him. “All I do is obey, yes sir, no sir I’m sick of doing that. What I’m doing right now is basically waiting on my promoter (Gary Shaw) to do their job. I’m waiting on options. There’s never any options for me. It’s always a case of ‘do this or you don’t fight etc etc’.”

Gary Shaw is terrible to be fair. Cancelled Chad Dawsons conference call last week once he realised he was going to be expected to pay for it. One of my favourite boxing writers is Steve Kim. Hes taken to calling Shaw a tv packager instead of a promoter. Think it suits

    Shaun got the bigboy interviews!

Bradley is right in everything he says. He loves to let fights ''marinate''

Fair excuse but you know if the tables were turned Khan would still be accused of ducking and making up excuses etc

Yeah Laz said this and this logic should be stopped. All this presuming what people would say so we will treat Bradley like it is just silly tbh.

I know you and Laz are right you will get them sorta comments but two wrongs don't make a right do they. So it's best we accept Bradley's excuse and await further news on this saga..

V.true. They said he was ducking Maidana before. He fought him, beat him, and now people are still saying he's ducking a rematch with him! A tad silly if you ask me.

People will say "Yeah but Maidana was his mandatory". Well Khan still could have ducked him if he wanted i.e. unification someone else at 140, or give up the title, injuries etc.

Calling any boxer 'scared' is just wrong.

If Khan turned down a great offer to fight Bradley because he was close to agreeing a deal to join Top Rank and getting a fight with Pacquiao only a idiot/hater would attack him.

Shitty promotion isn't a reason to turn down a fight that everyone wants to see. Bradley didn't have any problems with Shaw in all the other fights he's had. He's ducking Khan because he'd rather lose his 0 to Pac or Mayweather, rather than an "unknown" khan

Bradley is talking ****. He didn't 'obey' when he kept turning down Alexander until they finally fought in a stink fest. He isn't obeying now that he has left Shaw and doesn't want to fight Khan. In fact now he probably is obeying as Arum has said hold on while I see if JMM takes the Pac fight. JMM will take the Pac fight and then he'll let Tim back in the loop but by that stage Khan wil probably have signed to fight someone.

Bradley could have fought Khan in July and Pac in November but he was too busy obeying Arum.

I don't blame Amir for not fighting maidana again, well not yet. **** ,Amir went hell and just about came out a winner, it was close and Amir was nearly stopped in round 10.
