Are Chavez and Pacquiao on the same "tier"?

    Now that there's been more time to reflect and even a couple more performances (the last of which having suspicions that Pac is finally winding down...like many of us thought before he moved up to lightweight :?), is anyone viewing this differently? Since the time I started the thread, I've shuffled back and forth between them on a numbered list (between 20-30 or so) but do still consider them to be at least arguably on the same tier, in terms of both H2H ability and accomplishments. I consider Chavez a significantly smarter fighter, but Pacquaio the more gifted athlete, and I consider it still a difficult call.

    Yes...of course pac is in the same neighborhood as Chavez...probably even living "in a better house"...and I ask, what does he have to do anymore to convince everyone?
