I wouldn't call it "POWER" but BLOOD is essential to life... In regards to how blood loss effects indivduals it varies but one thing is certian. You can feel weak, sick or drowsy when you lose or give blood. Blood carries Oxygen through your body which allows athletes to do what they do. Those with more oxygen in their blood have better stamina.

Hopkins probably would have beaten him 2 years ago. But he didnt fight him. He went up to cruiser for a bull**** fight, then fought Roy. Chad Dawson was recognized as the best in the division. And Hopkins didnt fight him.
