You're not the only one who misses Naz

He was a very funny guy, his back and forths with Kevin Kelly will always make me chuckle!

All his insults were toungue in cheek, he never had any malice in his heart when it came to talking about opponents

This. Even with Haye, his trash talking mostly has an air of mischief about it, but DeGale comes out with stuff that kids wouldn't stoop to and he just comes across as very unlikeable.

Not only did Degale let himself down, Frank Warren did too. First he states Groves win was 'hollow' and if he doesn't give Degale a re-match he should be ashamed of himself. Then calling on the BBBC to push for a rematch. It just shows bad sportsmanship can not only be shown by the boxer, but by the promoter too.

Haye and Naz have similar trash talk. It is very tongue and cheek, both have wit, charm and a decent level of intellgence. DeGale is a mouthy, brainless Chav. He's pretty much despised by the public and unless he somehow turns his image around people are only going to want to see him fight to see him get KO'd.

After the Haye v Klit fight, after Klit wins (presumably), Haye will face the cameras and be gracious, no doubt about it. Likewise if Haye pulls off the win Wlad will be gracious too. Unlike DeGale who still thinks he's on the school playground. Pathetic really.

Naz bought glamour to boxing, albeit it was a bit WWE (with his entrances etc)

Degale does just come across as a Chav/ghetto type character
he just comes across as a fake to me.... a fake and a showoff

Haye looks like a class A nob too. Haye has no redeeming features with it whatsoever. Naz was a cocky *****, but he had charisma a a bit of a smirk when he went about it. Haye and Degale are unfunny ******s who havent earnt their level of arrogance.

DeGale saw Haye increased his market value by talking **** so he took a page out of his book. He forgot that he has to just keep winning while talking trash and now his own hype train has been derailed a bit.

What made me dislike DeGale was when he sat next to Groves on ringside and said "You can't do that ugly kid" about 10 times in a row while Groves was talking, because he couldn't think of anything else to say and can't stand not being the one talking.

I don't remeber Naz using so many personal insults, but then again I was about 10 years old when Naz was frequenting the Big Breakfast, so...

This is true. Naz was so great at promoting himself and his fights because the role of arrogant ******* came so natural to him and he was actually funny with how rediculous he would act, and he knew it. Haye and Degale try to project that same persona but it's clear neither of them actually are that way, they are clearly just acting. Haye especially, he seems like he's probably a pretty normal, down to earth dude off camera, not the loud and cocky ******* he tries to convince us he is.

Also Naz was knocking alot of MOFOS out. Hes probably one of the hardest hitting FWs of all time. He was also getting off the canvas now and then to deliver som KOs too. Not to forget Naz had a awkward fighting interesting fighting style

Degale...a guy whose had about 10 fights and done jack **** and talking like hes the next SRL

And David Haye has a chance to shine with the Klit fights coming up. If he loses hell be another Degale.
