He won 5 and 6, Vitali was holding on for dear life at the end of 6, he didnt want anymore at the end of that round, against a past prime Lewis.

And do the math, winning two rounds out of six means that you're behind by....tah-dah two points. A one round swing, without a knockdown would've got one point. Still leaves a point behind.

None of which takes away from the fact it was an exciting match because it was close. Lewis won, fair play to him, was it easy for him, no. The marks on his own face showed that, as did his own state of tiredness at the end.

Quoting Lewis and his sour remarks won't change it.

Wrong, there were only 6 rounds, the judges had it 4-2 Vitali, all it would have taken was for them to have scored the 3rd to Lewis (which is the closest of the first 4 rds and not a definite Vitali rd) and it was even.

Who said it wasn't close? Not me so a bit of a for you.

I described it 100% correct in the post you have replied to.

A past prime Lewis beat a prime Vitali, fact.

Lewis has had him on ***** street at the end of the LAST rd, fact.

Vitali wanted no more of Lewis going by body language after the 6th, fact.

Vitali didn't start complaining about the fight being stopped until he was PROMPTED TO DO SO, fact.

Speculation. He had him dazed, but you clearly don't know what "***** street" means....see Holyfield in the 10th round of the first Bowe fight, or the third of the Cooper fight. Being hit with a good shot and holding doesn't denote "***** street" automatically......FACT!!

As to your first point, more coulda, woulda, shoulda SPECULATION. The FACT is the third round was scored for Vitali and if you weren't somehow whining that the fight wasn't close, which it was, why on earth did you even bring it up?

I mean, you seem to be kinda offended that Vitali made it a close fight, irrespective of crying that Lewis was past prime. You SHOULD be proud of the fact that your guy won in a tough fight and showed his mettle, rather than trying to denigrate the opposition, or is that a bit too civil and mature?

 

Solis-Klitschko was close before it was stopped. Therefore Solis-Klitschko was a close fight. Why can't Klitschko fans accept that?
