 Fatboy Milkdud couldn't hold Randy Couture's JockStrap!

I wish Vitali would knock that loud-mouth out of the ring or give
him 12 rounds of permanent brain-damage like he did to Briggs!!

    :hat

I don't know how Arreola would do head to head against Chambers, but his resume isn't as good.

MMA has nothing to do with him beating Arreolla

Very disrespectful to want any boxer, to receive a permanent brain damage in a match.

Besides Vitali wants none of Toney’s slick style. He rather fights bums like Sosnowski

Toney outboxed Peter in the first match and was injured leading up to second bout.

Besides Arreolla haven’t even prove he is in same level than that version of Peter was.

I'm disappointed that Thompson came in at 255. That's too high. His best weight is 235-240, although the last few years he's been right around 250. The counterpoint to that is that Harris is also 20+ pounds over his best career weight, also. Thompson may not need his absolute best to get rid of Harris, but why not come in and prove a point that you're serious?

Yeah I'm not sure who's worse off from the weign-in. 2nd highest weight ever for Thompson. But Harris is 20 lbs north of where he should be and considerably heavier than in his last few fights. Though Harris remains less than what he was back in 06-07.

I hope this isn't a clinchfest...let's hope Thompson intends to KO Harris.

Thompson is a solid guy. He isn't special in any area but he's decent in most as well as being a southpaw, having size, and stays pretty calm in the ring. He's a top ten guy who could give a lot of the guys in the division a tough night. Harris is ok, he runs very hot and cold, he doesn't have a good chin, and Thompson is basically a better fighter.

I'd pick Thompson but a few things make me think an upset could happen here. Harris is known for pulling upsets he's pulled atleast 3-4 in his career. Second, Thompson is 39 and his weight seems to be a bit high. He's also been somewhat inactive, he's fought 4 rounds against a journeyman in the last 13 months which isn't horrible but not good either. Nothing big stands out but there are a number of little things that if all come into play could make this a very intersting fight. I'd still pick Thompson and possilby by late ko but another upset by Harris wouldn't be a huge shock.

Thompson has prepared for this fight by sparring with two tough fighters: Timur Ibragimov and Seth Williams. The high quality of this sparring says something favorable about Thompson. Given that Harris seems unreasonably heavy at 244, and considering Harris's durability problem, Thompson should win big tonight. I am a bit worried by Thompson's weight, though.

I agree that Thompson could give trouble to any heavyweight out there and if he and Chambers do meet next thats a very interesting fight. I also think Arreola wins by ko but I think Releford might do slightly better than you seem to but Arreola is a big favorite there.

The interesting thing I've thought about the two favorites tonight, Arreola and Thompson, is that they each fought the wrong Klitschko brother. I'd still pick the Klitschkos but Arreola matches up better with Wlad and Thompson with Vitali. I'm not crazy about seeing Arreola and Thompson in rematches with the Klitschkos but if they were to each face the other brother than I think those would be interesting fights that I'd like to see.

I think one of Thompson's problems has been all he can get lately is a "small card" (if ur calling FNF a small card) fight and that's why he's been fighting guys like owen Beck. Don't know if it's financially feasable to fight a bunch of even smaller card fights (he ain't george foreman). I'm sure tony would jump at the chance to fight on FNF every month against c level guys like arreola for arreola money but doubt that's been offered. TT's high risk, low reward for a lot of other hw's.

I'd like to see any combination of Thompson, Chambers, Arreola for the USBA strap.

Winner takes on Helenius for the IBF Intercon title and a mando at Wlad for the IBF World Title.
