The Blender, Toaster, Sandwich Maker and the kettle sounds very technical to me. Booth was throwing a Degale Southpaw jab and saying it was his left, first he says we took away his jab, Because he uses the jab to set up his left, then Degale was supposed to wave it to distract Groves so he can land the left, how diid he take away the jab ? He kept out of range, wow ! Groves was just as strange with his take on Naseem/Barrera, he made out like Barrera was a master boxer and technician, which he is not and how did that fight relate to his fight, oh yes Degale and Naseem are both flash, cocky and arrogant ? Groves is no Barrera, far from it and Degale is no Nassem Hamed. Did you know Degale had really long arms ? The best thing to do is stay inside degales reach, no **** ? And outside his reach to ovoid the Jab ? Did you also know that Degale was scared to work inside with Groves, for fear of his breath ( that was just a joke, in response to Degale's stupid comments ) Now we know why Groves won ?
I think you need to a) watch Barerra vs Hammed b) watch Barerra in other fights with slick boxers c) just watch more boxing in general d) shut the **** up
On watching it again on ringside I had it by a bigger margin to Groves, it is amazing how you score it a lot different when it is not live, I had by 1 to Groves on the night and 3 to Groves on Ringside, either way I could not score it to Degale, due to Groves movement and picking of shots, Groves seemed to leave it all in the ring, did Degale ? I think Degale believed too much in all his trash talk, that he was going to blow Groves away and approached the fight accordingly, his Trainer did not help by magnifying the whole one sided, no brainer crap. Degale's interview was full of self denial he felt he won and then said " Groves did not come to have a fight, did not back up his boasts " sure he is not on about himself, then he said " You have to come and beat the champion to take his title not pinch it " was not groves a champion here too, 2 belts on the line " Head said he was going to knockk out Groves in 4 rounds, so why did he only start to throw bombs later in the fight.
first 5 rounds won groves the fight imo.... rest were pretty close, nip an tuck, you couldnt really argue one person giving it one way and the person sat next to him seeing it different.
To give it to DeGale though you need to give credit for lots of flurries that just hit Groves arms. The only time he stunned Groves was when he put the head in first. Was the interviw good? Also, Rob Brutal!
Your a ***** and think you know iit all, but you know nothing ! Barrera was schooled by Jr Jones and Amir Khan , Barrera was a fighter not a boxer your a complete turd, in fact I knew you would come on and talk this ****, you need to watch boxing mate, Hamed did not train well for the Barrera fight and was not right, the normal Naseem would have done a job on Barrera the same as Pacman and Jones did, I noticed you did not comment on the other stuff , maybe you bought into it and thought that is amazing, what a turd, I have seen alot of pure crap you have wrote on the forums and found it not worth responding too, because of your lack of knowledge and intelligence, but from now on I will jump on it. Your on it all the time, No Job ? I am sure you will get your mates to back you, Moron.
Yeah. I was thinking last night that most of Degale's flurries didn't land. Thought maybe a third of the rounds were even but of course no judge wants to appear indecisive, they give one close round to one fighter then the next close round to the other.
As an aside and by way of stopping the 'moron' calling...something just struck me: As so many rounds last Saturday were close...it's a wonder one judge and somebody on here or elsewhere didn't have it 9 rounds to 3 or even 10-2. Just a thought...now get back to the insults moron turds. Adios.
