Sweet Pea's jab, speed, inside fighting, movement, ring smarts, defense, body punching = too much for Pacquiao to handle. Pac is always game...and no doubt he'd have some moments, but for the most part he'd be outclassed.

135 below Pac was in his prime physically but not skill wise, Pac @ 135 would lose to whitaker.

if Pac had the skills he has now and his body @ 135 then it would be one hell of a fight that could probably put mayweather vs pac fight to shame(if it ever happens).

I do not think that the whittaker who visited the canvas 3 times against Hurtado
    could defeat Pac.

    Another fantasy match-up!

Pac gets KO'd before his name is announced!

    Nice! how bout:

Pac's power surprises Sweet Pea and he resorts to potshotting, and eventually gasses out by the bodyshots from different angles... Sweet Pea would be exhibiting some of his great dodging moves but eventually got caught by a Pac left which left him sprawled on the floor, or gets cornered and gets KO'd kinda like Calderon.

    Would've been exciting!:yep

Nah, Pea's dodges & counterpunches would be too much for Pac to handle in the long run, I agree that it would have been exciting, to watch for how long can Pac brawl against an opponent he can't touch:bbb

Lol chill out son, whats pea k.o. rate? 36%, I wouldnt call that tonnes of power, enough to put the Ironed Chinned pac down?

Chavez? Pacs been koed once, that was a chin shot, the other was a body shot, so dont go pulling Chavez had a better chin than Pac sensitive one :hi:

just cut out the hate man

How many rounds did Sweet Pea lose during his prime?

No way Pac gets remotely close to beating him.

Slow chavez had him to a draw, imagine what Pac would do. Pac and Floyd beats Pea, he runs around, plays around, and to busy dodging punches that eventually he get's hit. Look at the Oscar fight, he lost even when he had a 10-8 with the crappy knock down given to Pea. Now if you said Hearns or Leonard different outcome.

I think Pacquiao would have his moments no doubt but for the majority I see him eating jabs, being turned & made to miss & being beaten on the inside by Whitaker.

    117-111 Whitaker
