Rhodes/Alvarez delayed sky coverage

    why not show it live and then again in the morning? il have watched it online the night before and if i haven't il have torrented it and downloaded the hbo version which has superior commentary and doesn't go to adds at the end of every round.

    Not true actually. You look at the big American fights and they pretty good early in the morning. Its usually their biggest showing. Its purely a cost issue.

    good shout that, they certainly have gone quiet. Hopefully they can just focus on lower weight classes and let sky get the other, better known fighters in higher weights. Best of both worlds :deal

    Any news on Mares anyway LP? Thought you might now with the Mexico love and that :lol:. I was gutted about the Agbeko fight being cancelled

    i asked bunce afew times to Get Espinoza on the Bunce Show, shouldnt be to hard coz he posts on here from time to time. i gutted about that aswell, his big time to shine. hopefully gets out soon tho:bbb

    definitely, I wouldn't want to see him pushed in with Donaire yet, I can't see anyone beating Donaire at either bantam or super-bantam to be honest at the mo. I'd like to see him in with Moreno, I like both guys and it would be very intersting to watch. Then see if Agbeko can come back then think about donaire or even montiel

    How many people would record the live coverage and watch it the next day anyway?

    A fair percentage I would say. Delayed is better then no coverage and, considering some of the fights which havn't been televised on Sky in recent years, I'll take this.

    i was referring to the link which shows the sky boxing schedule, and the fact that most of the live shows (apart from prizefighter) are starting at 10pm
