It was ppv only, deffinately online, I don't know if there was a way to get it just over the tv in America. Pretty low key. His fight with that Argy was on HBO but it was a Goldenboy event and they picked Zab as the opponent for their man, he wasn't hunted down and begged to appear. Prior to that he was last on HBO losing to Joshua Clottey in 2008. Khan's the one HBO have a deal with so if Judah wants to get back on the big paying network it'll have to be as someones opponent, at least to start.

Understandably? Judah should bite their hand off.

honestly why is it so difficult for tk to do a 50/50 split on HBO coverage...seems to me they are pricing themselves out...khan vs morales next anyone?

No, it won't be PPV in the US.

HBO don't tend to bother about belts, to be honest given that it's them that are bankrolling they'd ideally have no titles involved because it's largely dead money.

50-50 in the states and 100% to Khan here is 100% fair.

both are champs, judah is well known, khan isn't, judah will sell the **** out of the fight, khan won't, judah has legit credentials, khan is still growing.

It wasn't and it got them a pretty disapointing rating see as they had to throw alot of money into getting the fight made, and it was boring as ****. Judah doesn't have a massive floowing either, look on youtube for his last fight, it's in New Jersey not far from New York, and it's probably a quarter full attendance wise.

But don't you think they will push it as an 'unification' match. World title belts bring appeal, to both fighters and fans, belts will always matter!

Well.. on it goes. Apparently todays deadline to sign an opponent has become "Hopefully it will be signed early next week"

Zabs basically a more negative harder punching much faster more skilled akward Paul McLoskey... We all saw how Khan didnt look greaat and got made to look a bit pony and 1 dimensional against PM. I could see Zab stunning him a good few times

Khan aint no good with southpaws.. especially cagey counter punching 1s

Team Khan will not accept 50/50...look for Khan vs Morales to happen as a replacement fight and thus the hype will begin that morales is back to his old self and is a new fighter who will test Khan like he did with Maidana...this is what happens when u employ former cab drivers as your management team!!

They'll obviously use the unification angle (that's the main attraction) but there's no justification for a PPV. Khan has fought twice on normal HBO, Judah doesn't even have a TV deal according to what I've read from some of the posts in this thread. People evidently don't care much about Judah and Khan isn't established yet. Everyone that's been on HBO PPV spent time on normal HBO (Mayweather, probably Pacquiao (although he was on PPV undercards in some of his early fights) etc.).

If they thought that they could get away with a PPV (ie 200k+ sales), they'd definitely do it. But they won't, so they won't.

Am I the only one who thinks this would be a **** fight?

I reckon Khan will run on the outside, whilst Zab waits all night on him jumping in, I got Khan by a very boring, lacklustre decision .....

    Hopefully we see Khan/Maidana II
