    According to the BMI scale, he should be no more than 222. :yep

    He's probably within 10 pounds or so now of his realistic optimal weight (he weighed in for this @ 236).

    taking into consideration his past weigh ins id say thats very good especially with a short time to lose it

    he isnt getting down to the 220's and i dont think it would do him well to get down that low

    i dont know he has never been a muscular guy but has done quite well regardless

    he hits hard already

    i think if he pulled a shannon briggs it wouldnt do much good

    I would love to see Arreola at 230lbs, but at least he is still below 240lbs.

    Perhaps working on improving his very limited headmovement would be helpful for closing the distance?
