I can't really see any way that Frank Mir beats Roy Nelson, despite my affection for Frank as a personality. Nelson is too smart to get subbed, his chin is too sturdy for him to get KO'd by a striker of Mir's quality, and his power is more than adequate to send Frank plummetting to the canvas. I just don't see any outcome that ends with Frank having his arm raised here.

Glad to see you haven't quit. I agree. It's hard for me to see Hamill getting past Jackson's punches, but I haven't seen Jackson grapple in like 4 years. What if he can take Rampage down? Nelson and Mir can go either way. Struve is a more complete fighter than Browne, but Browne will be a threat to ko Struve at any moment. The Spike TV fights should be highly competitive as well.
Cheers brah I've not been online that much recently as i've really been putting in the time training so by the time i get home all i want to do is sleep or watch fights/movies. I got to train with Ronnie Mann the other week which was fun Yeah for sure, Rampage hasn't been on his back for a while but can the Hammer get him there? Can he get inside his boxing and knees? I don't believe he has the tools but i would not be shocked if Matt did get the take down that he would be able to lay and pray. As for Frank Vs Nelson... Nelson beat him years back in a Sub match and Frank the tank gets Kayo'd these days when someone slams a car door too close to him :blood Struve can be stopped at any moment in any fight... simple. He can take damage though. Good subs too. I'm looking forward to the Stann fight mainly... he seems to be a class act outside the cage too. These are the guys Dana should be pushing rather than wasting his time on defending drugs cheats... :bart Lynchburg

Have you seen the submission match? Nelson was able to do a lot of things he wouldn't have been able to in an mma bout because he didn't have to worry about getting punched while on the bottom. This bout is going to be won or lost during the stand-up, in my opinion. I don't think that Mir's boxing is as good as Arlovski's nor Dos Santos', but I think he hits harder. I'm picking Mir to land too many shots, and set up a finish. Nelson has the chance of catching Mir and koing him, as well. Nelson will probably wear Mir down if this fights makes it well into the 2nd. It's close to pick em for me, but I think Nelson's willingness to get hit will be his undoing in this one.
