Froch did not beat Dirrell contrary to what his nuthuggers might say

Yes I am reading it, you called him a coward which is ****ing embarrassing, and it's a joke to say he was pretending to be ko'd. Some of the **** I've read on here is farcical. Peace.

I think Dirrell is just another classic example of the enigmas of sport.

Someone with enormous natural talent/ability, but lacking that mental strength to fulfill his potential.

He ought to have dominated Froch, but got it wrong on the night and then cried robbery, when really he ought to have looked himself in the mirror and been honest with himself.

I'm not sure why he's had over a year off, maybe he doesn't need the money or doesn't want to have to face the best fighters...... maybe he was a Floyd fan as a kid.

Dirrell isn't a coward but if his natural gifts were in the hands of a fighter with a different disposition they could be phenomenal. Dirrell reminds me of Audley a little.

Dirrell doesn't need to box, he won gold for his country in the 400 metres and won an oscar for his acting last year.

Froch's only dominant performance since he started fighting world class fighters was against Abraham, and, alas, it looks more and more like Abraham wasn't really world class at SMW anyway...

Glen Johnson will be a big test. He isn't green like Pascal was and he won't be intimidated like Dirrell was.

Froch has only fought one proven world-class SMW and he lost to the same. We'll see how he does against Johnson.

Bute has clearly beaten the following proven world-class SMW:

    Bika
    Berrio
    Andrade

    He has lost to none.:yep

The bizzare thing about this fight is that some people claim that because Dirrell didn't stand toe-to-toe with Froch and let himself get hit in the face, that is somehow an illegitimate tactic for the American to employ. Whereas I just consider it good boxing. Dirrell won the fight and he made Froch look pretty inept in the process. The absolute epitome of a home town decision.
