    I agree.
I might have Tyson marginally ahead of Lewis though. But I change my mind on that one a lot.

    But Lennox avenged his losses
Wald Klit got his big brother to do it for him.

Lennoxs chin was much better than Wlads. It was his concentration/cockiness which got him KTFO.

If Wlad is mentioned in the same breath as Lewis, then i think he is being severely overrated

Most people believe VK is better than Wk
Old LL hands Prime VK his a$$
So whats that say about WK

You could argue some of your points, but when you say Wlad in the same paragraph the argument falls down a bit.

Wlad may be great and you may be able to argue that Wlad could beat Lennox h2h (I don't personally think that). However, Wlad has ruled a weak era, at a time when HW is a lower profile division, he has nowhere near the resume of Lennox and has no chance of getting the resume of Lennox since the is no competition is around to significantly alter that fact.

Even if Wlad beat Haye then fought his brother and KO'd him his resume would still be too weak to be considered Vs Lennox.

Lewis is definitely an atg, it would be clearer though if he wasn't ducked in his prime and had a couple more big fights in his prime e.g. prime Holyfield and that Bowe fight would have helped. Lewis didn't get the recognition he deserved until late in his career and no one wanted to fight him early on. The US underated him for years.

Manny Steward screaming to Lewis during the Tyson bout in about round 8....Youve got a dead man in front of you, KHTFO

If the roles were reversed, Tyson wouldnt need telling twice and he would have disposed of Lewis very early.

The 4 names which Lewis has which Tyson doesnt is Mercer, Morrison, Klitsckho and Tua.
Would you say these edge Lewis ahead of Tyson?

Yeah, makes me wonder whether the Haye fight will be fixed for that purpose.

Wladimir has gone 7 years without a loss, I think it's time to recognize that he has improved under Steward - just as Lewis did.

Whatever. He got KO'd twice, only one less than Wlad. And Wlad's closing in on 60 fights.

I think he's arguably going to end up in the top 25 of all-time.

    Wlad is better than Vitali.

    I cant
stand the Klits, i cant stand Haye either but i want him to win. Its the lesser of 2 evils

He has improved, but LLs competition was much better.

But LLs Kos were more due to lack of concentration and against guys he was beating. It wasnt a savagae **** like Wlads losses

Most definitely....right at number 25 :good

Ok accomplishment wise he is. But H2H most pick VK. I cant stand either of them

Mercer and Morrison were not much good, and Lewis barely got past Mercer. They don't add much to his resume at all.
    Vitali and Tua maybe.

I dont see either Morrison or Mercer troubling Tyson

Tyson has Berbick, Smith, Tubbs, Williams, Stewart........are these enough to edge him over Lewis?

Oh yeah, i forgot, both Tyson and Lewis have Ribalta as a mutual opponent as well.

Tua is just Ray Mercer with a left hook and Vitali Klitskcho is the white Trevor Berbick, both tall, strong, durable and awkward.

I rank Holyfield and Tyson as greater and better fighters hth also. When I watch the Mercer, Holyfield, Vitali fights plus the Mccall and Rahman losses I see a lack of greatness. The rest of his resume is really not that good to me.

Difference was Holyfield was a CW moving to HW when he fought Holmes and Foreman, both who despite their ages were doing well for themselves and were still relevant in the division afterwards.
Compare that to Lewis having 2 tough fights with a smaller, older Holyfield, i dont think Holyfield won a relevant fight after the Lewis fight....apart from Valuev :good and some garbage fights with garbag man ruiz

Lacking consistency because he was fighting a higher quality of opponents being smaller than most his opponents. Secondly Bowe, Tyson, Holmes, Moorer, Foreman are better than anything on Lewis' resume.

The better fighters, as i mentioned earlier were Mercer, Morrison, Tua and VK and also Briggs. The rest were garbage. Sorry i didnt know the exact number of defences

I do think his resume is good but just not good enough to be top 10. Based on resume Lewis and Tyson are pretty close but when it comes to great fights and exsightment and how he beat his opponents Lewis falls a little short to me.

I never said Lewis ISNT an ATG

Because he IS, what i said was Tyson/Lewis rank equal in my eyes and Holyfield ranks higher

    I swear Lewis fought Ribalta.....?
    Im gonna boxrec that one,
my bad they didnt actually fight
