On the boxing the other night, they mentioned that Nathan Cleverly was the first Light Heavyweight Champion of the World from Wales. How on Earth can an Interim, Vacant, WBO title compete with Calzaghe beating Bernard Hopkins for the Ring belt. Hopkins is boss even now put's this into context. The belts mean little, even less if they are vacant or interim. The best need to fight the best and the Ring belt should cover this.
Sky choose to ignore the Ring belt for some reason, even though it's a more legitimate championship than any of the others. That's also the reason they call Pac a 6 weight champ instead of an 8 weight champ.
