Wow. People are delusional. I give it that Floyd might shut him out with his tight defense,,but to say Floyd will ko him. Comon, feather fist Floyd couldn't knock a fly out with those brittle hand. If someone kos someone its Floyd who will be taking a nap
Pryor-Arguello.. choose fight, but these guys aint on that level anymore.. A few years ago we may have got this fight, but now, who knows... May is definitely past it, and Pac has definitely slowed since Hatton/Cotto..
Floyd only looks good with orthodox fighters. The fight will be like Floyd and Spadafora except Pac is hitting him a lot harder.
Floyd vs hatton>>>>>>>> body punches will slow pacman down then floyd schooled him maybe ko him------1 to the head get close work the body (manny dont know to fight inside) 1-2 to the head>>> then repeat
floyd dont have ko power but is so ****ing accurate, the accumulation of clean power punches will hurt anybody like Floyd-corrales and pacman dont move his head can floyd hit pacman?? ohh yes sure can pacman hit a defensive minded floyd?? that is the 50million question
Oscar didn't move his head, I didn't see Floyd hurt him, even when he did hit with a good punch, all of two times. Pac is more of a moving target, and will have more coming back at Floyd. Smart money for me would be on the fight going 12, and a UD either way.
Pac will push Floyd to be overly defensive and Floyd will either fight to survive and lose a decision or try to fight back get stopped late.
I think it will be unclear who is going to win until the mid-late rounds. The first rounds are going to be careful. Pac is going to set traps early and catch Floyd with a few quick shots, making him look stationary, while Floyd studies him. Floyd is going to start upping his offense and throwing lead rights and a few counters while Pac advances and tries to look for ways to best land. These rounds I think will be the most difficult for Pac, 4-7. He's going to start adding some things to the mix here offensively I think, and as Floyd is forced out of his comfort zone a bit to match him, Pac will land a bit more and take the late rounds on effectively turning and tagging him. I'm not sure if any fight comes to mind to compare that to.
