He could be 5 times better with several months of hard work in the boxing gym. He is still learning and is out of his element.

Watchin Diaz like almost 2 year. I can honestly say his not ready to pro boxing. Yes as a MMA fighter his stand up (boxing) is enough/good. But his kinda guy who walk truu the punchs and almost never use headmovement, basic defense elements etc.. And thats stupid if your in the pro boxing ring.

Did pretty well for a MMA guy. Most MMA guys go buck wild in straight boxing sparring.

they use a mouth piece in mma too so i believe he already is used to having it in his mouth the same with headgear.

he barley put any weight behind his punches, he didnt sit down on his punches.
his jab was amateurish at best.
he stood like a three in the ground, barley used his feet

I was getting worried then, it's been almost a few days since someone posted a thread about this

It was like that day in the General where there wasnt a new Pac on PEDs thread, nearly jumped out the ****ing window

I wonder if Diaz is just saying hes going to boxing just to push a fight with gsp :think and getting the oportunity to brush off his boxing,if not I hope he doesnt get a huge beating.

I like it when he throws double hooks, he actually puts both of his hands down.

diaz has talent from watchin that video. you keyboard warriors will do much better but diaz has never boxed before.

seriously though he showed he can box. when i read the comments i expected alot worse. he is basically doing what he does in mma with less grabbing. boxing is about hitting and not getting hit. from watching that video, diaz knows what he's doing obviously just needs to improve at it. doesnt look bad at all. i mean he was catching henry clean and blocking his punches.

he just needs to polish up certain areas, like the jab and his footwork.

we are talking **** because this ****** thinks he can walk in to boxing and tear **** up. He doesn't have respect for the amount of work it takes to box. JamesToney was a different case because it was obvious he was after a check in this stage of his career. Just look at the 1:50 mark :rofl:rofl:rofl he will go nowhere
