"Who is better, Tomasz or David Haye? I'm sure it's David Haye, who is the world champion of talking. Adamek was many times a world champion of boxing. Right now he wants to fight at heavyweight, for a world title. In my personal opinion, by talking, Tomasz will lose against David Haye. By fighting, Tomasz is much stronger."

It's a cute criticism, but pretty empty if you choose to, for whatever reason, be serious about it -- which I do. Adamek's accomplishments in boxing (light heavyweight titlist, legit cruiserweight champ) are about the same as Haye's (heavyweight titlist, legit cruiserweight champ).
Lately I've started to wonder why people take trash talking so seriously. I mean, people seem legitimately offended by David Haye or James DeGale, and I just don't see it lately. I've done it before, too, but lately I'm just not feeling it. It is what it is. Bernard Hopkins threatened to kill Jean Pascal. Whatever. The way I figure it now, it's either funny or not, since the comments are meant to draw a certain reaction, which usually is laughter. If I laugh, yay. If I don't, boo. This one got enough of a chuckle.

Truth is, I repect both Adamek and Haye, its just that Haye can be such a *****.

Haye is a bigger puncher at heavy, but Adamek has a better chin. Haye has faser handes, Adamek better stamina. I would pick Adamek, but both guyes have earned their what they have.

 

It´s all good - keep up the trash-talk and pack them into bad intentions and let all burst out in the ring in July! I want to see a real war! Haye seems to have pissed off the brothers big time!

 

Adamek would take haye to school at CW or HW or when there 60 years old.

Haye is much more physically gifted than Adamek. He's bigger, faster, has a good jab, and legit HW power in both hands. Adamek is sturdier and has better stamina. Haye is definitely more talented, we'll see who the better fighter is.

Agree. The widest aspects of their games would be Adamek's seemingly *lack* of KO power at heavy, and Haye's blistering power at ANY weight.

And Adamek's amazing toughness, compared to Haye's *less than impressive* chin.

A win over Adamek for Vitali is more valuable than a win over Haye. Accomplished champion and true fighter of all-comers.

 

I don't know where people got this from Adamek.

He held the CW title hostage and far away from Cunningham then has fought **** competition at HW.

Most of his HW fights are jokes, just like Haye's, and we applaud them because the division is so poor and they are TRYING!

Adamek is good for boxing. He did not keep the title hostage at all, he just got sick of fighting tough fights for peanuts. And his competition at HW aren't bad at all. Plus, the overall competition in the HW scene ain't that great to begin with anyways.
